For functions or meetings, the Pelican Beach Resort specializes in small groups, intimate banquets, retreats and reunions. The Pelican Beach Resort 100% non-smoking resort also features a poolside cocktail lounge, the "Funky Fish" award winning children's ocean adventure, underground valet parking, two heated outdoor pools and Fort Lauderdale's only Lazy River Tubing Ride. This family-owned and operated resort features a bar, "Postcards", serving lunch and dinner, and it will open a new restaurant, "North Ocean Grille", an Ice Cream parlor, and a gift shop in February, 2005.
